Junction Halls is a new company. The people in it are not new to this.
Between them, the founding team has delivered critical facilities from empty shell through to commissioning, operated them day to day afterwards rather than handing them on, structured project debt and equity across infrastructure, and spent years on the equipment and cooling side of exactly the kind of build we are proposing.
That combination is deliberate. A developer who has never operated a building makes different promises from one who has had to keep them. We would rather be the second kind.
How we're set up
We develop, own and operate. There is no separate operating partner, no plan to entitle a site and sell it on, and no third party who inherits the commitments we made to get a project approved.
