Data infrastructure, built to fit

We build around your community.

Junction Halls develops, owns and operates right-sized data infrastructure inside buildings that are already standing. Your community doesn't change to accommodate us. We're the ones who fit.

Own
We develop, own and operate. We don't flip sites.
Reuse
Existing buildings only. No greenfield land taken.
Closed
Closed-loop cooling. No ongoing draw on municipal water.
Local
Permanent local jobs, and a building that pays more tax.

The building is already there. It's just not working for anyone.

Across the country there are buildings a community already paid for and no longer uses. Cold stores that went quiet. Warehouses that lost their tenant. Plants that shut when the industry moved on. They still sit on the tax roll. They just don't employ anyone, and they don't earn their keep.

Many of them have something rare underneath: substantial electrical service already run to the property. That stranded power is the reason we can put a building back to work without asking the community to give up anything for it.

What stays
The shell, the slab, the zoning, the neighbourhood.
What changes
The building earns again, and pays for itself locally.
A worked example

What actually happens to the building.

Take a disused cold store, a common candidate because the power and the structure are already there. This is what we'd change, what we'd keep, and what the community would notice.

On the tax roll at a depressed assessment, employing nobody
After
Occupied, staffed, improved
Permanent jobs on site, and a higher assessed value for the town
For landowners & brokers

If you're sitting on power you can't use, we should talk.

The buildings we want are rarely the ones being marketed. They tend to be large, quiet, and expensive to hold, with an electrical service far bigger than anything the current use needs. If that sounds like a property you own or represent, it is worth a conversation.

Power
Substantial existing service to the property, ideally already stepped down
Structure
Clear height and floor loading that can carry the equipment as found
Zoning
A current or prior use we can work within, without a rezoning fight
Fit
A setting where a quiet, staffed building is a welcome neighbour

Whether you own it, represent it, or simply live near it, we would rather hear from you early than late.
