If you're sitting on power you can't use, we should talk.
The buildings we want are rarely the ones being marketed. They tend to be large, quiet, and expensive to hold, with an electrical service far bigger than anything the current use needs.
Four things, in roughly this order.
Power availability is the one we cannot work around. Everything else has some flexibility in it.
A long-term partner, not an exit.
What happens after you get in touch.
1. A short conversation
Location, rough size, and what electrical service the building has. That is usually enough to know whether it is worth either of us spending more time.
2. Desktop review
We look at the power position, the structure, the zoning history and the surroundings before we ask you for anything formal.
3. Site visit
If it still looks right, we come and see it properly, and you meet the people who would actually run it.
4. Terms
If we proceed, we agree terms directly with you. Broker representation is respected and paid.
Tell us about the building.
A location and a rough idea of the electrical service is enough to start.
